Analyst
Responsibilities:
Entry-level Analysts are responsible for performing
a broad range of analyses – financial, economic,
and market – under the supervision of associates
and principals of the Firm. With experience, Analysts
take on more responsibility for structuring analyses,
participating in project team meetings, and assisting
with client presentations and business development
efforts. Successful Analysts are promoted to the
Senior Analyst position and typically stay with
NorthBridge for three to four years before continuing
their education.
Qualifications:
Analyst candidates should be aggressive, self-starting,
and highly motivated individuals with exceptional
intellectual, mathematical, and analytical skills.
A demonstrated ability to work effectively, both
as part of a team and individually, in an unstructured
environment is required. Successful candidates
should have strong computer skills, and an in-depth
knowledge of one or more spreadsheet applications
is very desirable. Undergraduate coursework requiring
analytical thought, particularly the use of quantitative
methods, is strongly preferred. Analyst candidates
should have a minimum GPA of 3.00. The analyst
position is open to U.S. citizens and permanent
residents.
