Aaron has over 20 years of experience as a consultant to the electric and natural gas industries. He is an expert in electricity competitive market design development and analysis, electricity market modeling, and environmental and regulatory issues as the pertain to the electricity industry. He has authored testimony, comments, and expert reports related to capacity and energy market design, regulatory issues, and environmental program design in markets such as PJM (in the Mid-Atlantic), the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, the New York ISO, and ISO-New England.

As a consultant, Aaron has advised a variety of electricity industry clients including vertically integrated regulated utilities, independent power producers, and retail service providers. Aaron joined the NorthBridge Group in 2001. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University.
