As one of the initial members of The NorthBridge Group, Frank has worked for over thirty years as an advisor to electric utilities, generation companies, electric and gas marketers, natural gas pipelines, and other industry participants. He has advised these clients in a broad range of areas including clean energy strategy, asset valuation, risk management, federal and state policy strategy, competitive pricing, competitive market design, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and restructuring strategy.

Before joining NorthBridge in 1992, Frank did similar work with Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett. Prior to that, he worked in the investment banking division of Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., specializing in tax-exempt securities. He received a B.S. in computer engineering and a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in management from the Sloan School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
