With twenty-five years of experience in the industry, Jason advises larger competitive energy companies on a range of complex economic and financial issues. He focuses his practice on assisting companies with challenges and opportunities regarding overall business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, asset valuation, discount rate formulation, price forecasting, risk analysis, and the navigation of changing regulatory environments.

Jason holds a B.A. in Economics with Honors from Bates College and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
