Since joining The NorthBridge Group in 2001, John has advised Fortune 500 energy companies confronting challenges and pursing opportunities related to overall business strategy, public policy development and negotiations, economic analysis, achievement of climate-related goals, mergers and acquisitions, electricity supply procurement, contract negotiation, and rate design.

John has served as an expert witness in civil and regulatory proceedings related to electricity sector policy and economics. He has testified on issues regarding wholesale and retail electricity markets, including the impacts of RGGI on retail customers in PJM and retail tariff design for large customers.

Before joining NorthBridge, John was a transportation system consultant at ALK Associates, Inc. in Princeton, NJ. He received a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management.
