With more than a decade of experience in people management, Tara oversees NorthBridge's human resources initiatives, including employee recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. She also directs administrative functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm's day-to-day business activities.

Before assuming her current role, Tara directly supported clients in the energy space, helping them navigate regulatory issues and evaluate market opportunities.

She earned her B.A. with High Honors in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
